Sure enough, it is an aerial surveillance image of the compound. Also note that “a classified document seen in this photograph has been obscured,” as the caption puts it. What’s interesting is that this document too — for as far as I can tell through the pixellation — looks like a highly detailed aerial image; probably so detailed that the US military would rather us not know just how detailed it can get.
I noticed the pixeled map in the photo on the released version from Flickr.
But, if you look at this version, there isn’t any pixelation. At least outside of being a coarser version of the entire photo.

@peter Cool…too my eyes it seemed different.
Couple things I heard from CNN regarding the photo.
The bag next Obama’s right leg, is the a “burn bag”. A bag used to burn classified documents so secret they can’t be shredded.
And they mentioned what the text on Hillary’s binder was, iirr, it said top secret codes.
